Terms of Service

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate images:

• 1K and 2K images: 40 credits per image
• 4K images: 80 credits per image

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through our payment partner, Creem.io. Credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable; however, we offer a limited goodwill refund as described in Section 4.4 (Refunds) and as otherwise required by applicable law.

4.3 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

4.4 Refunds

We want new users to be able to try the Service with low risk. If you purchase credits and do not enjoy the Service, you may request a refund subject to all of the following conditions:

• You have used no more than 100 credits in total on your account since the relevant purchase (approximately a few test generations).
• Your refund request is made within 14 days of the credit purchase.
• The purchase was a direct paid credit purchase (not promotional, bonus, gifted, or free credits).
• You have not previously received a goodwill credit refund from VIXAL on the same account.

If these conditions are met, we may issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method and remove the corresponding credits from your account balance. Once you have used more than 100 credits, or the 14-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. In all cases of failed image generation caused by our systems, any credits consumed by that failed generation will be automatically refunded to your account.

4.5 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit prices and costs at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in automated or systematic data collection without permission
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or payment mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service itself as a competing or white-labeled product without our permission
